Plino The list

A decorative sudoku preview, not today's puzzle, and not something you can fill in. Sample slips, for a spare key, a lost parcel, and a library hold, show the one line a finished grid would print.

The spare key was in the library book the whole time.

One sentence. Then you are done.

Daily sudoku

Finish the grid. Read one line.

Plino is one sudoku a day, the same grid for everyone. Finish it and a slip prints a single sentence: how a small mix-up turned out.

The grid is global. A country leaderboard ranks the fastest finish of that same puzzle. Finishing inside a time band earns XP toward a level. The app also keeps a stack of practice puzzles beside the daily. You cannot play today's grid here yet. The board on this page is a preview that fills itself in.

  1. Morning. One shared grid, everywhere.
  2. Ordinary sudoku. Each number once in every row, column, and box.
  3. Finish inside a time band and the app records XP. The fastest finish in a country is a separate board.
  4. A slip prints one sentence about a small mix-up.
