The app includes practice puzzles: ordinary sudoku you can use to learn the board. Rows, columns, and boxes, at your own pace, with the same rules as the daily.

Stock, not the day's grid

The practice set is a fixed stock. It is not the daily sudoku, and it is not a new puzzle issued to the world each morning. The daily is one shared grid. Practice sits beside that.

Finishing a practice grid does not take a place on a country leaderboard. It does not earn the day's XP, and it does not move the level that comes from a daily time band. It does not print the day's slip.

Sudoku, and that is all

A practice puzzle is a grid of digits. There is no story to solve on it, and nothing on it is violent. You fill the cells. When the grid is correct, that practice is done.

You cannot open the practice stock on this site. This page only says what those puzzles are. The daily, when it opens, lives apart from them in the app.
